How can coaching benefit your student?

As a student success coach, I help students develop lifelong self-help skills. My goal is to collaborate with each client in order to develop an individual success plan for school work, personal growth, and also post-graduate plans.  During coaching sessions we will discuss how their success plan is going and explore what is working or not working for their personal needs and adjust accordingly.

How is  coaching different from therapy?

Coaching moves the client forward through personal growth. Coaching is helpful when the client wants to change, enhance, or improve an area of their life. A Coach helps identify client strengths, develop them, and establish measurable goals and create a plan to achieve those goals.

Therapy focuses on healing deep emotional issues usually from a clients past experiences. Therapy can also help conquer serious mental illness.

What are my qualifications?

Certified Professional Life Coach through the International Coach Federation.

What happens in the initial Q&A session?

The 20 minute Q&A session will take place via zoom or over the phone. This time allows for the client to clarify any questions they might have, and also decide if they feel my coaching style will be a good fit for their needs.
